Evergreen provides a technology-powered job search platform that uses AI to discover, recommend, and alert you to job opportunities that align with your experience, preferences, and goals. We aggregate jobs from publicly available company career pages and deliver personalized matches based on your inputs.

Evergreen does not guarantee job placement, interview offers, salary increases, or other outcomes.

2. No Employment Guarantee

Evergreen is not a recruiter, staffing agency, or employer. While we strive to provide accurate and relevant job matches, we do not:

  • Guarantee that you will receive an interview, offer, or job from any employer;
  • Guarantee that any job listed will remain available at the time of your application;
  • Guarantee that the jobs you apply to will meet your expectations, result in higher compensation, or provide a return on investment (ROI).

You acknowledge that all hiring decisions are made by third-party employers and are outside our control.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evergreen and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
  • Loss of income, job opportunity, data, or goodwill;
  • Any adverse emotional, financial, or career-related outcomes resulting from use of the Services.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with our Services is to stop using them.

4. No Warranties

Evergreen provides its Services "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including:

  • Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of job listings;
  • Availability or accessibility of jobs or employers;
  • Fit for a particular career goal, financial outcome, or job type.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and honest information during onboarding and profile setup;
  • Use the Services only for lawful job search purposes;
  • Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or interfere with our systems or scraping technology.

6. Subscription and Billing

If you subscribe to a paid Evergreen plan:

  • You agree to the pricing, billing frequency, and renewal terms disclosed at the time of purchase;
  • You may cancel at any time, but refunds are not guaranteed;
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice.

7. Data and Privacy

We respect your data and protect it as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described there.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and branding on Evergreen are the property of Top Shelf Consulting Group LLC. You may not reproduce, copy, or reuse any part of the platform or marketing materials without express written permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms;
  • We detect suspicious, abusive, or unauthorized behavior;
  • We discontinue the Services (with reasonable notice, if applicable).

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the State of Wyoming.
